SPRING INTO PASTEURIZATION WITH JENREY

Spring is just around the corner and we’ve got the garage doors wide open and the sparks flying. This time of year is a buzz in the craft beverage world as small businesses alike gear up for an upcoming productive summer. With the ever increasing boom in the non-alcoholic sector/low ABV, and eyes on pasteurization this summer is proving to be laced with shiny new machinery and delicious new beverages.

California Dreamin’

Our team headed to Sacramento this week and attended the California Craft Brewers Summit. The weather was great and we were joined by other vendors both from California, other states and Canada. We spoke to breweries big and small and it was very interesting to hear their individual inquiries about pasteurization. So many breweries are continuing to innovate in both the alcoholic, low alcohol and non-alcoholic space and we love that pasteurization is sought after to help breweries achieve their production quality goals. Also, we are beer lovers so it was special for us to have breweries like Sierra Nevada, Firestone Walker and Pizza Port pour their beers for attendees – these companies are pillars of the industry and it was really cool to be in their company.

STAY TUNED

Leaning into April we are preparing for CBCs in Las Vegas,Nevada. Our shop is busier than ever as we build the two machines that we will have on display, a 100 CPM tunnel pasteurizer and a 25 CPM tunnel pasteurizer. In addition, we’re also currently building a 250 CPM Tunnel Pasteurizer for Surly brewing company located in Minnesota.
